SurveyQuotation is a hosted quote tool for surveying businesses that want to give website visitors instant survey and valuation quotes. It guides clients towards the right service so they can make a more informed decision, while reducing routine quote-handling admin for your office team.

The SurveyQuotation dashboard also includes an office-side quote tool that can use your preset pricing structure. That helps staff produce more consistent quotes, even when different team members have different levels of surveying or pricing experience.

Sanctabase SurveyQuotation Connector connects your WordPress site to your SurveyQuotation workspace. It publishes your live SurveyQuotation quote page on your website while keeping your pricing, settings, enquiries, and lead dashboard in SurveyQuotation.

External services

This plugin relies on the hosted SurveyQuotation service to work. SurveyQuotation provides the quote journey, product guidance, pricing settings, lead capture, office-side quote tool, and dashboard used by the connected surveying firm.

The plugin connects to SurveyQuotation so it can:

send the site owner to SurveyQuotation to sign in or create an account
receive the connected hosted quote page URL when the site owner returns to WordPress
load the hosted quote page from SurveyQuotation inside WordPress
sync a small number of hosted-page settings, such as whether the hosted heading and hosted pricing information are shown

When a visitor uses the quote tool, the quote journey is loaded from SurveyQuotation and the information entered by the visitor is submitted to SurveyQuotation, not stored by this plugin in WordPress.

In WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
Search for Sanctabase SurveyQuotation Connector.
Click Install Now, then Activate.
Open the new SurveyQuotation menu item in WordPress admin.
Click Sign in or Create account to connect your SurveyQuotation workspace.
Return to WordPress automatically after signing in.
Create the SurveyQuotation page automatically, or add the SurveyQuotation block or shortcode to a page manually.
Open the page on your website and check the quote tool displays as expected.

Does this replace my SurveyQuotation account?

No. WordPress is only the connection and placement layer. Your pricing, branding, quote page, billing, compliance details, and enquiries stay in SurveyQuotation.

Where do enquiries go?

Completed quote requests and enquiries go to your SurveyQuotation dashboard. The WordPress plugin displays the hosted quote tool, but enquiry management happens in SurveyQuotation.

Does the plugin calculate prices inside WordPress?

No. Pricing rules and quote logic stay in SurveyQuotation. This keeps the WordPress plugin lightweight and means your hosted page, embeds, and WordPress page all use the same settings.

Does this plugin rely on a third-party service?

Yes. The plugin relies on the hosted SurveyQuotation platform to provide the quote page, lead handling, and connected workspace settings.

Can I place the quote tool inside a page?

Yes. The plugin can create a WordPress page for you, or you can place the quote tool manually with the SurveyQuotation block or shortcode. The hosted quote page is loaded inside the WordPress page and resizes as the customer moves through the quote journey.

Can the plugin create the WordPress page for me?

Yes. Once your account is connected, the plugin can create or update a normal published WordPress page using the saved page title and slug. Your theme keeps the site header and footer while the quote tool appears in the page body.

What happens if my quote page is not live yet?

If the hosted quote page is not live yet, WordPress keeps your placement settings. Visitors will see the current hosted-page status from SurveyQuotation while you finish setup.
