WP Simple Mail Sender is a very simple plugin to change the sender address and name in WordPress outgoing emails.
WP Simple Mail Sender allows you to use the values in the General setting, Site Title and the Admin Email instead of the default value WordPress wordpress@yourdomain.com also you can use custom values as well, you can configure the From Address and From Name if you do not want to use the General settings values.

Using The WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
- Search for ‘wp-simple-mail-sender’
- Click ‘Install Now’
- Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard
Uploading in WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
- Select
wp-simple-mail-sender.zipfrom your computer - Click ‘Install Now’
- Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
Using FTP
- Download
wp-simple-mail-sender.zip - Extract the
wp-simple-mail-senderdirectory to your computer - Upload the
wp-simple-mail-senderdirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
Configure
Navigate to Settings -> WP Single Email and change the values as you wish.
