I was having wordpress memory plugin problems. Got in touch with Bill, as a newbie to Wordpress, and he could not have done more for us. Frankly, the service quality was incredibly welcome. I have zero connection to his company but have no qualms in saying that I wish more companies would copy his willingness to help.

Installing on my site (WP Version 6.4.3 php v83) produced the following error: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I was expecting a plugin that would show what is causing memory issues. Do to security settings, it couldn’t change anything.I was expecting a plugin that could actually provide useful info about what is using memory. it doesn’t do that, just shows how much is being used on their settings page.With most hosting companies locking down systems, you’re likely to not even be able to use the settings the plugin allows. Paying for the premium was a massive waste.

Memory problem solved!

Terrible plugin, need premium to do practically anything useful…
