are required to issue a fiscal receipt through a software cash register (PRRO) for every paid order. This plugin does it automatically: when an order reaches the status you choose, the receipt is sent to your PRRO service, the fiscal number is stored on the order, and the customer can be emailed or texted a link to the receipt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Two PRRO services are supported. One acts as the primary register, the other as a fallback, so a temporary outage on one service does not leave an order without a receipt.<\/p>\n\n<h4>What it does<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Issues a fiscal receipt automatically when an order reaches the configured status (usually \"Processing\" after a successful payment).<\/li>\n<li>Falls back to the second PRRO service when the primary one does not answer.<\/li>\n<li>Opens and closes the register shift on a schedule, and produces the summary fiscal report on close.<\/li>\n<li>Opens the shift on the fly if a receipt is attempted while the shift happens to be closed.<\/li>\n<li>Stores the fiscal number and receipt link on the order, and shows them in a meta box on the order screen.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps a receipt log with statuses, error text and CSV export.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally emails the receipt link to the customer, in the style of your other store emails.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally sends the receipt link by SMS through TurboSMS.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally pulls orders from a KeyCRM account and fiscalizes them too \u2014 useful when part of your sales happen outside the store.<\/li>\n<li>Works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Supported PRRO services<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vchasno.Kasa<\/strong> \u2014 fully implemented and verified against a live account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Checkbox<\/strong> \u2014 implemented per its public API documentation; test it with the built-in \"Save and test connection\" button before relying on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Vchasno.Kasa, Checkbox, TurboSMS and KeyCRM are third-party products. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Credentials you need<\/h4>\n\n<p>For Vchasno.Kasa: the API key from the account (Keys section) and the fiscal number of the register. For Checkbox: cashier login and password, the Checkbox license key, and the PRRO fiscal number. The credentials are stored encrypted in the site database.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Free and Pro<\/h4>\n\n<p>Everything the plugin did before stays free. A Pro licence from catcode.com.ua adds the parts a shop needs once refunds start happening:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Refund receipts for partial refunds \u2014 one receipt per WooCommerce refund, with the lines and amount that actually went back.<\/li>\n<li>Return receipts through the Vchasno.Kasa API, instead of issuing them by hand in the provider cabinet.<\/li>\n<li>Retrying receipts from the log: one row, or every failed row at once.<\/li>\n<li>Shift reconciliation: each Z-report against the receipts this plugin issued, with the difference flagged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A 7-day trial can be started from the Licence screen; no card, nothing renews on its own.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin communicates with the following external services. Nothing is sent until you enable the corresponding service and enter its credentials.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Vchasno.Kasa (kasa.vchasno.ua)<\/strong>\nUsed to register fiscal receipts and to open or close the register shift. When a receipt is issued the plugin sends the order number, the receipt lines (item name, SKU, quantity, price, tax group), the total and the payment form (cash or card). Shift commands send no order data. When you start the trial or activate a key, the plugin sends that key (or the e-mail you typed for the trial) and your site address to https:\/\/catcode.com.ua\/wp-json\/catcode\/v1\/license and ...\/trial, and once a day re-checks that the key is still valid.
