Thank you for this plugin! I wanted to know if it was possible to include the order
notes in the emails sent to the customer and the admin? Once more, an excellent 
plugin!

Moreover, do you recommend any plugin to send invoices to collect payments similar
to what myfatoora or Tap provide to merchants to send SMS or mail to collect funds?
