A simple and lightweight cookie law plugin for show information that your website uses cookie. Don’t use Jquery, all elements build in HTML source and you can use transparent colors.

Add the plugin by uploading the zip file or by installing it from the WordPress Plugin directory.
Activate the plugin and go to the Settings->Simple Cookie Law.
