Upload the plugin files to the WordPress

Go to WooCommerce -> Settings – Shipping.

Click in Add Shipping Zones.

Add “Shipping per Neighborhood for WooCommerce” method.

Click in “edit” and manage Cities, neighborhoods and prices for delivery.
