Delete naskh fonts static versions

(regular, medium, bold and semibold).

from “Temup.ir”

to

“codeway.ir”.

change Description from

just a simple plugin for add some fonts to site, if activated this will not work
but in rtl styled site or blogs.

to

just a simple plugin for add farsi google naskh font to site, if activated this 
will not work in view but in rtl styled site or blogs.

Change license from Version 3

to version 4.

Change license name

from “FS”” to “CS”.
