The plugin is the connector between WordPress and the Agentia service. The name and email that the visitor voluntarily provides when starting the chat, along with the content of the messages exchanged. This data is stored on Agentia servers so you can review the history. ### How do I delete a visitor’s data? Yes. The widget appears across the entire site as long as the plugin is active and the account is active. ### Can I customize the widget color? Yes. From the plugin configuration page in WordPress click “Disconnect”.
